My name is Hollie
I have extensive experience with servicing and repairing oil fired boilers, having previously worked for a plumbing and heating/fuel company where I was responsible for all oil boiler servicing, breakdowns, installation of new oil storage tanks and oil boilers.
I enjoy being hands on in my work, and being proactive in keeping costs down for the customer. I always let the customer know what is going on with their boiler, and anything that they can do themselves to avoid future breakdowns or problems.
As for being a female engineer, I have had such a positive response from customers. It is great to be part of a close-knit community of other engineers within OFTEC in an industry that is constantly changing.
